Welcome to Nicososa Events. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, services, and experiences provided by Nicososa Events. By submitting a booking request, accepting a proposal, signing an agreement, or making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry or booking form does not guarantee availability or confirm an event.

An event is considered confirmed only after Nicososa Events has approved the event details and the client has completed any required deposit, payment, or written confirmation specified in their proposal or agreement.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on the selected experience, number of guests, menu, location, staffing requirements, rentals, travel, and any additional services requested.

Any required deposit and remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided in the client’s proposal or invoice.

Additional services or changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.

Guest Count

The client must provide an accurate estimated guest count when requesting an event.

A final guest count must be confirmed by the deadline specified in the client’s proposal or agreement. Increases in guest count are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Pricing may be based on a minimum guaranteed guest count once the event has been confirmed.

Menu, Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Clients are responsible for informing Nicososa Events of all known food allergies, dietary restrictions, and special dietary requirements before the event.

Nicososa Events will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed dietary needs. However, food may be prepared in environments where common allergens are present, and a completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Event Space & Kitchen Requirements

For private chef and on-site services, the client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event location and available kitchen facilities.

The client must disclose any limitations involving cooking equipment, refrigeration, electricity, running water, ventilation, access, or other conditions that may affect service.

Additional equipment or rentals required because of the event location may result in additional charges.

Travel & Additional Expenses

Additional charges may apply for travel, tolls, parking, transportation, rentals, additional staff, specialty ingredients, equipment, or other expenses required to execute the event.

Any applicable charges will be communicated to the client whenever reasonably possible before the event.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring that Nicososa Events and its staff have appropriate and timely access to the event location.

The event space must provide safe and reasonable working conditions. The client is also responsible for obtaining any permissions required by the property owner, building management, venue, or other applicable party.

Force Majeure

Nicososa Events will not be liable for failure or delay in providing services when caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, power outages, transportation disruptions, emergencies, or similar events.

When reasonably possible, Nicososa Events will work with the client to determine an appropriate solution

Acceptance of terms

By confirming a booking, signing an agreement, or submitting the required payment, the client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions and any applicable proposal, invoice, and Cancellation Policy provided by Nicososa Events.
